With around 800 students, Brentwood Academy offers a rigorous college-preparatory curriculum alongside a strong focus on faith, community, and character development.

The Challenge

Brentwood Academy wanted a website that matched its reputation for excellence — one that communicated its Christian mission, stood apart from templated competitors, and gave its marketing team the tools to work smarter.

The Moment That Sparked a Marketing Evolution

Just three weeks into Holly’s new role at Brentwood Academy, the worst happened. Brentwood Academy’s previous website, hosted by a different school website provider, went down.

A large-scale SIS upgrade had caused the site to fall apart due to outdated integrations. This led Holly to question how Brentwood Academy could future-proof their marketing going forward—was there a smarter way she could tie everything together?

Holly wanted to work with someone who would deliver a product and experience vastly different to Brentwood Academy ’s competitors.

She saw this as an opportunity to rethink how the school told its story online, to consider how their school could not just communicate, but most effectively connect with their audiences.

Holly and her five-person marketing team worked closely with Ubiq to map the family journey, working with our data discovery team to uncover how prospective parents search for, evaluate, and connect with Brentwood Academy online. This deep dive set the foundation for a website authentically built around the school’s story and community, not just its content.

Phase 2: Design & Development

Phase 3: Launch & Enablement
